You can hear about Mike Malcolm who is the third founder of NetApp, along with James Lau and I. (Mike left in 1995, after we hired Dan Warmenhoven to replace him as CEO. Mike is a genius and is still doing interesting stuff.) I talk about my role at NetApp as "company philosopher".
