I wrote a guest
blog for CNBC that addressed the question of whether it’s possible to maintain
a good company culture in bad economic times. I think it would be bad form to
re-post that blog here, but if you are interested, here’s the link.

Link still doesn't work, three months later. So much for dotting the t's and crossing the i's.
[Dave replies: It still works for me. I normally use Firefox, but tried on IE8 and also asked a buddy to check it. It all checked out, so I don't know what to tell you.]

My name is Laura Steck and I am President (and Executive Coach)of a small Leadership Coaching Firm. My mother Jean Hollands started the field 26 years ago with Growth and Leadership Center. We have had success and opportunities with CEO's to their executive teams (from Cisco and Intel to small high tech companies). We recently moved practically across the street, but really need your help being able to get an opportunity into Netapp. HR is much too busy. You were once small and wanted a chance to prove the benefits of your services. Can you help? And LOVED your book. Laura Steck www.glcweb.com
